Here is a starting framework based on the Rietaviškis project goals:
Learning Actions: Completing a module, passing a quiz, attending a live session.
Verification Actions: Submitting a project log, receiving a mentor review, earning a digital badge.
Community Actions: Posting a discussion, commenting with a resource, welcoming a new member.
Sponsor Actions: Completing a sponsored challenge, delivering a verified outcome for a city partner.
