The Sequenced Implementation Roadmap (pinned in this group) outlines a MiniMax Share & Credits System as Phase 2 of the Rietaviškis project. Before we build it, we need community input on the core mechanics.

Here is the proposed structure:

Earning: Members earn credits for verified actions (completing modules, submitting project logs, receiving mentor reviews).

Spending: Credits unlock product discounts, priority access to mentors, and sponsored city partner challenges.

Tiers: Explorer (0–499 points) → Builder (500–1999) → Verified (2000+). Each tier unlocks new benefits and visibility.

The critical design question is: should this be a closed ecosystem (credits only redeemable inside the platform) or an open system (credits convertible to real-world rewards like travel vouchers or partner discounts)?

Here is a starting framework based on the Rietaviškis project goals:

Learning Actions: Completing a module, passing a quiz, attending a live session.

Verification Actions: Submitting a project log, receiving a mentor review, earning a digital badge.

Community Actions: Posting a discussion, commenting with a resource, welcoming a new member.

Sponsor Actions: Completing a sponsored challenge, delivering a verified outcome for a city partner.
