The Opportunity: We are looking for entrepreneurial and driven Local Market Ambassadors to establish and grow our presence in key regions. As a Local Market Ambassador, you will be the face of WorkTravel.Agency in your area, responsible for building relationships, identifying local businesses with AI needs, and promoting our innovative platform and recruitment services. This role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the autonomy to build your own local enterprise, with the potential for significant commission-based earnings and participation in our bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Market Penetration & Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive local market strategy to identify and engage with potential local businesses in need of AI solutions (e.g., retail, manufacturing, services).
Conduct market research to understand local industry needs, potential AI use cases, and competitive landscape.
Establish and manage local landing pages (e.g., https://[yourcity].worktravel.agency/) to attract local business inquiries and onboard partners.
Represent WorkTravel.Agency at local industry events, business forums, and meetups (virtually or in-person as appropriate).
Client Acquisition & Partnership Development:
Identify and engage with local companies that could benefit from Forward-Deployed AI Engineer services.
Present the WorkTravel.Agency value proposition, demonstrating how our AI-driven platform and network can meet their specific AI deployment needs.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with local businesses and industry partners.
Facilitate initial introductions between interested businesses and our central sales/project management team.
Platform & Service Promotion:
Educate local businesses on the features and benefits of the WorkTravel.Agency platform for sourcing AI talent.
Showcase how our Forward-Deployed AI Engineers can provide tailored, practical AI solutions.
Marketing & Brand Building:
Implement local digital marketing initiatives (e.g., social media campaigns, local SEO) to increase brand awareness among local businesses.
Create compelling local content and testimonials to showcase success stories.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding WorkTravel.Agency's values and professional image.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates and performance reports on local market penetration and lead generation to the central WorkTravel.Agency team.
Participate in regular check-ins and training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or community management, preferably engaging with local businesses or within a technology context.
Local Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the local business environment, industry landscape, and professional networks in your target region.
Networking & Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal). Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with business owners.
Digital Proficiency:
Comfortable with digital communication tools, CRM software, and basic online marketing concepts.
Ability to leverage LinkedIn for professional networking.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Business Acumen: A genuine interest in how technology, particularly AI, can drive value for local businesses.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in the local language(s) of your target market, and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in a B2B sales role.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their potential business applications.
