WEEK 2 — BUILD: You'll be matched with a live project from our client network. This is real work, not a simulation. Your mentor will guide your first project brief.

WEEK 3 — EARN: Your first weekly direct payment is processed. No escrow, no waiting 30 days. Direct to your account.

WEEK 4 — GROW: You'll present your project outcome to the community, receive your public portfolio case study, and get matched with your next project.
