3. Functional Modules
The application, designated as "Rietaviškis," consists of five core modules:
Dynamic Edge Profiling uses Edge AI (e.g., Gemini Nano) to perform on-device user profiling. Sensitive data regarding disabilities or NEET status remains strictly on the user’s handset to satisfy GDPR Article 25.
Gamification Engine
Agentic AI Concierge ("Rietaviškis"): An LLM orchestrator using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to query municipal databases and provide 24/7 Lithuanian-language support.
Organisation "Atvirumo" (Openness) Ranking: A leaderboard tracking local service providers based on their accessibility and frequency of inclusive events.
Proof-of-Participation (PoP): A high-velocity module for physical event verification using cryptographic QR/BLE scans, targeting a Verification Velocity of < 30 seconds.
4. Engineering and QA Standards
The project mandates Flutter (Dart) for the frontend to guarantee Universal Design and 100% accessibility compliance (iOS VoiceOver/Android TalkBack).
